Simeon Family2021-06-04Nothing short of fantastic! Where do I begin? Fahed was so accommodating that he met me at his office at 9:30PM just so I could rent the RV. He gave me thorough instructions and walked me and my family around and in the RV. The Baby Yoda RV was very clean and had clearly been sanitized. It had all the bells and whistles you could think of and everything in it was in great working condition. Fahed was always available to answer my questions via text message, and I had many, since I am a first time RVer. The pickup and return process was very easy. His wife did the return check on the RV and she was also very accommodating. I highly recommend this husband and wife team and their business!
kristin gorelik2021-06-01Due to a tent camping trip which was rained out, we made a last minute decision to rent a camper van for the memorial day weekend. We found Ashley to be very helpful and communicative in answering questions prior to the booking. We thought the checkout process with her to teach us about the van was incredibly thorough and easy. She was very responsive to our questions while on the trip, and the drop off was a breeze. We would highly recommend this rental company as well as the camper van itself, and plan to use the service again!
kartheek kumar2021-04-26I was renting the RV for first time. It was my parents anniversary so I thought renting an RV would be ideal for a short vacation trip. As expected, I had many questions, doubts about everything regarding RV. Fahed and Ashley was very cooperative. They both answered every silly question I had with patience and made me feel very comfortable. I stopped by the office and only after talking to them i got that confidence that i could pull something like this off (especially with so many unknowns in the trip). I have decided to rent the Class A Coachmen Pursuit RV. However, we had a little issue with insurance coverage on the pick up day. We got late for the pick-up and couldnt make last minute changes in insurance coverage. Ashley went way out of her comfort zone and got the insurance coverages changed to what we need. We were stressing a little then about lack of damage protection insurance coverage, but then she calmed our nerves. Fahed gave us a detailed walkthrough of the RV and answered every single question i had and assured me that he would be available 24 X 7 for any help i would need. Though it seems small, but it is just that words of assurance from ashley and fahed gave us a lot of confidence. Fahed also gave us a nice driving lesson. He took us on a short trip and sat down next to me while i driving, guiding through the things we have to check while driving a big RV. I did text him during our trip about propane gas tank and other things about the RV. He is just a text away for any question you have. On a lighter note, he responds to you so quickly as if he was waiting for your text all along :). Overall, i'm not sure when i would rent an RV next but i know for sure i would choose RV Buddy Share/Fahed Ashely for my future trip.

This was our first time renting an RV and the process working with them was easy and straight forward. They provided an excellent overview when we picked up the RV but also had a YouTube video going through everything which was very helpful. The RV itself was beautiful, spacious and lots of storage space. It was easy to drive and more than met our expectations. We plan to rent again in the future and look forward to working with Fahed and Ashley again.

Took the time to show me how to work everything and were available over the phone for the things I forgot to ask during the checkout. My family and I had a blast and planning to use them again for a summer rental! The RV still smells new and was spotless and thank you for sanitizing every little thing and putting protective covers on the steering wheel and seat and remotes!
